After recently getting a new router, we were no longer able to print documents from any of our personal devices. When I called Rob, he was immediately able to access our laptop remotely and solve the problem. It was a time sensitive issue and Rob came through for me.

At 87 years of age Rob has been my Savoir more times than I wish to mention. Not being brought up in the computer age my skills are woefully inadequate, all I can say is Mille grazie Rob.
Sincerely,
Noel
I'll need your help even to send this simple message of thanks.

Rob at Hopedale Tech was incredibly helpful with one of my clients who was experiencing major email issues due to backend and server problems. He jumped in quickly, diagnosed the issues, and got everything up and running smoothly.

His deep knowledge and clear communication made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I highly recommend Rob and Hopedale Tech for any IT or tech support needs — their expertise and responsiveness are top-notch!

Small Business owner here, had a problem with my computer and camera system. I run my business out of my home office. Within 24 hours of contacting Hopedale Technologies, Rob was at my home. Within a couple hours of him showing up all my issues were addressed and my mind was at ease. He provided a tremendous value not only with his service but also with his patience. Moving forward I am very happy to have found Rob at Hopedale Technologies and have added him to my list of vendors.

My son's laptop was not operating properly so I brought it in to Hopedale Technologies. Rob not only fixed the problems but recommended some reasonable upgrades that would improve the performance based upon what the computer was being used for.

The prices were very fair and the work was completed in a short amount of time.

While those two things (cost and time) are important, what is more important is the trust that you can have with Hopedale Technologies. We cannot live, work, play without our computers and devices and instead of trying to mess around and "fix" things yourself (most likely causing more problems) you can have the peace of mind that the work was done correctly - and that is priceless.

We even discussed future computer purchases and the pros/cons of buying computers directly from the store (or online from the manufacturer) vs having someone like Rob guide you in creating a custom computer system.

My laptop has been terribly slow for a long time but I dreaded being without it for days so I waited until I just couldn’t take it anymore. I brought it to Hopedale technologies and was so relieved when Rob said it would be ready within hours! Now it’s running better than when I bought it! Great people, amazing work, super nice! Thank you!

Outstanding service and skills coupled with leading edge technology solutions. The professional personnel used a streamlined process to build a laptop to meet and exceed my expectations. Highly recommend to keep your business local and take advantage of the personal service, much better value than an on-line site.

I work for a sales and support office for a German manufacturer of nano-technology equipment. Rob has been our go to guy for all of our IT. Rob is just one text msg away if I have any connectivity issues. He's quick to respond and always keeps us connected. He has supplied custom configured laptops for all of our staff. Better systems, better configured and more cost effective than any big box store.
Recently we moved our office 20 miles to a new location. Rob came in early in the morning and moved all of our computer and telephone equipment to our new office. He had our internet up and running before the movers arrived! Rob really goes above and beyond! I wouldn't trust our business with anyone else!!

Rob is on top of things at a moments notice and is patient with those of us who are not as tech savvy as today's teens! He keeps our parish computers and technology up to date and helps us stay within our budget. I have never been uncomfortable or embarrassed to seek his assistance with all our tech needs. He is very understanding! Would highly recommend Hopedale Technologies for all your tech needs!
