I work for a sales and support office for a German manufacturer of nano-technology equipment. Rob has been our go to... guy for all of our IT. Rob is just one text msg away if I have any connectivity issues. He's quick to respond and always keeps us connected. He has supplied custom configured laptops for all of our staff. Better systems, better configured and more cost effective than any big box store.Recently we moved our office 20 miles to a new location. Rob came in early in the morning and moved all of our computer and telephone equipment to our new office. He had our internet up and running before the movers arrived! Rob really goes above and beyond! I wouldn't trust our business with anyone else!!read more

Rob is on top of things at a moments notice and is patient with those of us who are not as tech savvy as today's... teens!
