We offer three tiers of support. Pricing is based on number of employees (not computers) and is sold in five user packs.
Silver Business Care

Gold Business Care:
Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm
- Includes Silver Care options, plus:
- Virus and malware removal
- Software installation support
- General Administrative tasks
- Access to US Based Help Desk Services, Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm EST
Platinum Business Care:
All Day Every Day
- Includes Silver Care options, plus:
- Virus and malware removal
- Software installation support
- General Administrative tasks
- Access to US Based Help Desk Services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year
* Additional support is billable at a discounted rate
How it works:
- We install our agent on your computers and servers
- Each agent includes premium antivirus endpoint protection
- Once the agent is installed, Hopedale Technologies will be able to monitor the health of your computers and servers
- it will ensure that all operating system updates are installed and active
- It will proactively notify us if there are issues that arise
- We can provide a monthly report documenting the status of each computer in your company
- For Gold and Platinum customers, should you need assistance, our help desk is one call away. With your permission, they can log into your computer and help you install software, configure printers, or perhaps help you remediate a virus of malware that may have been accidentally installed.
