My laptop has been terribly slow for a long time but I dreaded being without it for days so I waited until I just couldn’t take it anymore. I work for a sales and support office for a German manufacturer of nano-technology equipment. Rob has been our go to guy for all of our IT. Rob is just one text msg away if I have any connectivity issues. He's quick to respond and always keeps us connected. He has supplied custom configured laptops for all of our staff. Better systems, better configured and more cost effective than any big box store.
Recently we moved our office 20 miles to a new location. Rob came in early in the morning and moved all of our computer and telephone equipment to our new office. He had our internet up and running before the movers arrived! Rob really goes above and beyond! I wouldn't trust our business with anyone else!!

Rob is on top of things at a moments notice and is patient with those of us who are not as tech savvy as today's teens! He keeps our parish computers and technology up to date and helps us stay within our budget. I have never been uncomfortable or embarrassed to seek his assistance with all our tech needs.
